We have always said we are supremely confident in the strength of the Prima chair frame (please note that it is weight-rated to 32 stone, 200kg). So confident that we are now happy to warrant it for 30 years against manufacturing defects. That’s pretty much a chair for life.
Of course, upholstered seat and back pads won’t last that long, which is where our re-upholstery service comes in. We are able to carry out all that work, quickly and efficiently at your premises – all you need to do is let us know your choice of fabric. We will upholster new pads, bring them to you and switch out the old ones, so the chair never leaves you.
This avoid costly transport charges and fuel emissions and back at the factory, we strip the old pads, most of which can be re-used, and recycle 100% of the foams making Prima a truly sustainable choice too.
Its many qualities make the Prima chair an obvious choice for heavy use settings – hospitals, immigration centres, prisons, busy waiting rooms.
And the addition of a tablet (available in two size, standard or large) transforms it into the ideal chair for training centres and colleges.
