Christmas is the Season of Goodwill

So we thought we would talk a little about how important relationships are to us at rhbr.

The founders of the company come from professional services where relationships are everything. What does that mean?

Well, we treat our regular customers as partners for whom we will always go the extra mile to make sure that we do everything possible to give them the exact solution they want, at the best possible price and, especially, when they need it, even if that is last-minute and in a hurry.

We would like to think that is at least one of the reasons why our customers come back again and again (apart from our quality, short lead times, responsiveness, and much more). Thank you all for continuing to support us.

Our many thanks also go to our suppliers who enable us to make all this happen. We treat them as partners too. Maybe we can get some components cheaper elsewhere, but to us the relationships we have are more important – we value trust and the quality of product and service above anything else. So when you call us because you have been let down or because a deadline has shifted, we all work together to get a solution. A problem shared is often no problem at all.

Obviously, we don’t invite situations which put everyone under pressure, and thankfully it is not an everyday occurrence; but we know very well that project timetables shift and, occasionally SH*T happens!

That’s when relationships matter.

So as Christmas approaches, we wish you well and hope to continue to develop our relationships with you in 2026.

Orders for pre-Christmas delivery need to be with us as soon as possible, please.

Note that the factory will be closed from Christmas Eve, re-opening on Monday 5 January 2026. The phones will be manned during that time, other than on the bank holidays.
