Beam Seating

We haven’t talked about Beam Seating for a while but it is a feature of the seating in so many different areas so here is a quick reminder of our range.

PRIMA

The Prima Beam is the most robust in our range, built for the most demanding environments where heavy use and a fair battering is expected. Hospital A&E departments, prisons, courts, immigration centres, auditoriums are just a few of the settings where Prima has been the obvious choice.

Prima Beam is available with either fixed or tip-up seats.

And can either be fully upholstered in your choice of fabric, or polyprop, or a combination of the two.

We provide a 20-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the frame of this beam, which can be floor fixed if required. We provide a full re-upholstery service for seat and back pads when they get worn, damaged or just need a re-fresh, which makes this beam not only durable and robust but also sustainable over time.

TALA

Tala is an exceptionally good-looking beam with the option of either slim or cut legs and upholstered pads available for both seat and back. It has proved an extremely popular choice for hospital and other medical facility waiting rooms, being easy to clean and sufficiently robust to stand the heavy use in these areas.

MATA

The Mata Beam translates the comfort of the Mata seat onto a beam format. Like Tala, it is suitable for hospital and other medical facility waiting areas and is available in 2,3,4 or 5 seat configurations. Upholstered seat pads are available.

As with Prima, the seat pads on both Tala and Mata can be replaced if they get damaged or just worn with time, thereby considerably extending the use of all these beams.

Try upholstering any of these beams with a variety of colours on the seats – it is really effective.
