Welcome to 2026

We hope you had a wonderful break with plenty of Christmas cheer and the usual treats.

2025 was a year of transition for us, marked by our change of name to rhbr and reflecting the shifting emphasis of the business, crafting environments where people work, connect and thrive and continuing our core commitments to sustainability and promoting the circular economy.

When we changed our name, we chose Inspired British Manufacturing to describe what we do but, on reflection, that doesn’t actually tell people that what we make is seating. So we have decided to be loud and proud and go back to talking about Seating made Great in Britain. Because that’s what we do.

We are really looking forward to the coming year. We are working on some really exciting projects – involving both new product and the re-upholstery/ refurbishment of existing items – and we are continuing to evolve our product ranges to meet the design requirements we are seeing. Our Banq range has certainly struck a chord.

And our next big focus is the further development of our modular seating ranges.

However, as always, we are happy to work with you to match precise design requirements when our standard ranges are not quite the solution.

We hope to have the opportunity to work with you on over the coming months – if seating of some sort is involved, just give us a call. We have a solution for every non-domestic setting where people need to sit, perch, work or relax.

And even if it is not seating, but it is something that involves upholstery and a bit of innovative thought, we would love to accept the challenge.
